1. All Sales Are Final

All sales of our 10x10 ft / 18x20 ft Office Container units are final. Due to the nature of our custom-built and heavy-duty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after delivery and assembly.

2. Delivery & Assembly Acceptance

  • Upon completion of delivery and assembly (whether performed by our in-house team or subcontracted installers), the customer will be required to sign a Delivery Acceptance Form.

  • The acceptance form will confirm that the product was delivered and assembled as described, in satisfactory condition, and free of visible damage.

  • Photo documentation will be taken at the completion of assembly for record-keeping and customer verification.

3. Inspection Period (Nationwide Orders)

  • For nationwide customers receiving flat-pack shipments, customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery.

  • Any claims of missing parts or transit damage must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If no claims are made within this period, the shipment will be considered fully accepted.

4. Assembly Crew Documentation (All Locations)

  • Assembly teams (local or subcontracted) will be required to document the completed installation with clear photos showing the assembled product and customer signature.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the product thoroughly at this stage.

5. Product Guarantee

  • We guarantee that the final assembled product will match the specifications, dimensions, and visual representation shown in our marketing materials.

  • Our team will make every effort to resolve issues related to missing components or assembly defects identified at the time of delivery.

6. Exceptions

  • No refunds or returns will be processed for customer remorse, change of mind, or site-related issues (e.g., inadequate space, uneven terrain, or local zoning restrictions).

7. Customer Support

  • Our support team is available to answer pre-sale questions and provide virtual showroom tours to ensure customers are fully informed before purchase.
