1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with order details and next steps.

2. Delivery Timeline

Due to the high-volume nature and specialized handling of our modular units, please allow 20-25 business days from the time of processing for delivery.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Local Orders (within 60 miles of Santa Fe Springs, CA): Delivered fully assembled by our in-house team.

  • Nationwide Orders: Delivered via flat-pack using a freight carrier. Assembly will be arranged with one of our certified subcontractor teams.

4. Delivery Scheduling

  • Once your shipment is ready, our team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery and assembly date.

  • All nationwide shipments require site access confirmation prior to final delivery.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, FlexaVault is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, extreme weather, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

6. Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be provided once your modular unit has shipped.
